The group is limited to 8 people.

The art process and the images (abstract or literal) that emerge out of the art process provide information for our healing and growth.
Participants in this workshop will be introduced to several different art mediums and how to engage them ina process rather than a product focussed way. Mediums will include, but not be limited to: process painting, process collaging, clay work, found object sculpture, process drawing, and active imagination work.
The two hour group time will include artmaking, journaling and discussion. No art experience is needed at all.
The Artist's Way (12 weeks)
The group is limited to 8 people.
The process outlined in Julia Cameron's book, The Artist's Way, has become a tried and true classic for helping poeple uncover, recover and discover their true passion and how to manifest this passion in their work and everyday life.
Group time will include discussion of chapters, writing exercises and artmaking. Artmaking time is process not product focussed. No art experience is needed at all.
