In our initial session we will assess the needs and hopes you are bringing to therapy and discuss ways in which artmaking and images can be used in addressing those needs. The balance of artmaking and discussion is tailored to the needs of the individual client. Some want to make art in every session. Others prefer more talking and artmaking on occasion. It is not required that you use artmaking in sessions. Images and image making will be one resource for the therapy process.
